Packaging Your Parcel

Cotton Candy Girl will make all efforts to package your items carefully but because they are sent by Singpost we are not able to take care of the parcel once it leaves the Island. Please check your items carefully when you receive your items and email us with a photo if there is severe damage to your items. You can also contact Singpost directly if they are couriered.

Exchanges and Returns

Please note that we can only accept exchanges of defective goods. Please inform us via email within 2 days and send the returned item(s) to the given address. Goods must be returned within 7 days upon receipt. In the unlikely event that we sent the incorrect item/s, please contact us immediately! We will definately send the correct item/s to you right away and bear the cost of returning the wrong item back to us.

Keeping of Stock

We apologise but we are not able to keep the items for you if we do not hear from you within 3 days of our confirmation email to you and dead buyers will not be give priority for any future purchases.

Lost mails

Cotton Candy Friends is not responsible for lost mails if normal mail is opted for. We are not able to send replacement item/s to you if it is a lost parcel.
